Delete Your Quddle Account

Users can permanently delete their Quddle account and associated data.

How to delete your account

Option 1 (Recommended)

  1. Open the Quddle app.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
  3. Confirm the deletion.

Option 2

If you cannot access the app, email us at info@quddle.ai.

Use the subject Delete My Account and include the phone number or email associated with your account.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently delete:

  • Profile information
  • Photos
  • Friends
  • Messages
  • Call history
  • User-generated content
  • Authentication data

Data we may retain

Some information may be retained for up to 30 days for fraud prevention, legal compliance, backup recovery, or security purposes. After that, it is permanently removed unless we are legally required to keep it longer.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are typically completed within 7 days.
